Just received news that my uncle has to undergo kidney dialysis. His daughters were with me and they were stunned before bursting into tears. I was shell-shocked for a moment, before getting into the role of the supportive elder sister. This will be considered one of the life-changing moments that they are going to face in their young journey. My heart aches, for my uncle, for the girls, for the entire situation as a whole. I feel crappy. |
